FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are your hours?: This is always a funny question for a photographer. I'm open pretty much all the time! I do try to take time for my family if I'm not booked so if you don't hear back from me in the evening just know you'll get a response the very next morning!
Where are you located?: I'm located in Edmonton, Alberta, but I'm happy to travel anywhere. Just get in touch and we will discuss details.
What payment options do you accept?: I can take e-transfer, cash as well as credit card payments. Whatever is easiest for you. Ask about payment plans. I offer those too!
How long is the typical wait?: I try my very best to get your photos as soon as my schedule allows. The typical wait for any portrait session is approximately two weeks. I like to take my time with all of my client's images to make sure they are as perfect as I can get them! Weddings will have a longer wait time, but typically no longer than six weeks. I will always put together a package of sneak peeks before hand so you aren't waiting forever to see how amazing you looked on your wedding day!
Do you have a cancellation policy?: Deposits for sessions are non-refundable, but I do realize that life happens when we least expect it and I will always do my very best to make accommodations for new date and time that will work for both you and me!
